Refund policy

REFUNDS (IF ANY)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If after completing all of these steps you have not received your refund, please contact us via the contact form on our site.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email.


Delivery

For deliveries in Metropolitan France and Corsica, the processing time of the order is 3 days from the day after the buyer has placed his order (except Sundays and holidays), as follows: at the latest, the period will be 30 working days after the conclusion of the contract.

For deliveries in the DOM-TOM or another country, the terms of delivery will be specified to the buyer on a case by case basis.

In the event of damage during transport, any claim must be made within a maximum of 3 days to contact@solisisland.com.

Orders placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. We are not obliged to check and inform you of the applicable customs duties and taxes. To know them, we advise you to inquire with the competent authorities of your country.



RETURN
Returns for retraction
In accordance with the article L.121-20 and following of the Code of the Consumption, you have a 14 working days deadline as from the delivery date of your order to turn over any article not agreeing to you.
No retraction will be accepted if the returned product is unfit for re-marketing. Therefore, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unopened, unsealed, undamaged and unmarked. The sending of the parcel is the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All returns that have been properly authorized will be refunded directly to your credit card. Credit card refunds must be applied to the same card used to purchase the returned Products. Please allow us five (5) to seven (7) business days from receipt of the returned Product(s) to process the refund.


WHAT IF THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY ORDER?
Please contact the SOLIS ISLAND team within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving your order at contact@solisisland.com. SOLIS ISLAND will then contact you to modify your order and establish the terms and conditions thereof. The conditions described herein are applicable.


HOW DO I ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE?
If you acknowledge receipt of an order and some Products are damaged, you must contact us at contact@solisisland.com and send us a photo of the damaged Product(s). This process is required for the same damaged Product to be shipped back to you.

If one or more Products delivered by SOLIS ISLAND prove to be out of order or affected by a defect, you must return the Product(s) to us within fourteen (14) days in order to receive an exchange, in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this Policy. SOLIS ISLAND reserves the right to refuse to return Products to you if the damage was caused by your negligence or fault. SOLIS ISLAND does not offer credits.

REFUND

ORDER CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled prior to shipment. A full refund will be issued within twenty-four (24) business hours. Once the order has been shipped, the transaction is considered complete. Returns are subject to our return policy.

REFUNDS
If the return is accepted, a refund will be issued once we receive the returned Product(s).


REJECTED ORDER

An order refused for invalid delivery address, among other reasons, is subject to delivery and return fees to SOLIS ISLAND's head office.

FINAL SALE
In order to guarantee the quality of our Products, the following Products are considered a final purchase and cannot be returned or refunded:

Printed Products (large format posters, brochures, flyers, etc.) ;
Any opened, used or damaged Product;
