Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be processed and shipped within two (2) to fourteen (14) business days of receipt of your order. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

The delivery time starts when you receive the order confirmation email.

Orders are not processed on the following days:

Christmas Eve (December 24) ;
Christmas Day (December 25) ;
New Year's Eve (December 31st);
New Year's Eve (January 1);
Monday, April 5: Easter Monday.
Saturday, May 1: Labor Day.
Saturday, May 8: Armistice Day 1945.
Thursday, May 13: Ascension Day.
Monday May 24th : Whit Monday.
Wednesday, July 14: National Day
Sunday August 15th : Assumption
Monday November 1st: All Saints' Day
Thursday November 11th : Armistice Day 1918

WHAT DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer delivery services by La Poste, Mondial Relais, or other carriers if delivery is to another region of Europe or the world.



HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping rates are based on different factors:

The weight of the order ;
The volume of the order;
The distance between the shipping location of SOLIS ISLAND products and the delivery address;
The type of address (residential or commercial);
The type of delivery choice.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
France, overseas, dom tom

Orders are processed and shipped within two (2) to fourteen (14) business days following their confirmation by us. The orders shipped in France and overseas, dom tom are normally delivered within two (2) to five (5) working days by the Post Office or mondial relais. However, SOLIS ISLAND cannot guarantee that the order will always be delivered within this period. A tracking number will be indicated in your delivery confirmation.

SOLIS ISLAND disclaims all responsibility for problems that could arise due to delays in delivery or for lost or stolen orders if these are delivered without a signature. Users who choose to receive delivery of an order without a signature do so at their own risk.


CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO A POST OFFICE BOX?
SOLIS ISLAND ships and delivers only to residential or commercial addresses (hotels are possible).

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If you made a mistake when entering the delivery address or if you wish to change it, please contact the SOLIS ISLAND team at contact@solisisland.com

SOLIS ISLAND will be able to modify the delivery address if the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the steps to modify a delivery address must be taken directly with the carrier and the applicable fees related thereto will be billed directly to you by the carrier.
